About us

From a small 4-story building at the beginning of its activity, UAB "Skraidenis" has grown into a business center managing 5 buildings. The total area of the currently managed property is 33,900 sq.m.

We pay a lot of attention not only to the effective layout of workplaces, but also to recreation areas - there are terraces on the roof, a leisure zone in the territory of the business center.
