From a small 4-story building at the beginning of its activity, UAB "Skraidenis" has grown into a business center managing 5 buildings. The total area of the currently managed property is 33,900 sq.m.

We pay great attention not only to the effective layout of workplaces, but also to recreation areas - there are terraces on the roof, a leisure area in the territory of the business center.

With the help of innovative engineering solutions, we achieve minimal operating costs. Renewable energy sources are used: solar energy, green electricity.

Having premises of different equipment levels, we can offer premises that meet class A standards - 10,000 sq.m. and class B premises - 23,900 sq.m.
